Auditor resigns mid-term, new auditor appointed by Omega Interactive

Statutory auditor M/s Bhatt Shah Mekhia and Co resigned effective June 30, 2026 due to pre-occupation in other professional work. They had been appointed only on October 27, 2025, making this a mid-term exit. The board accepted the resignation and appreciated their services. M/s Sarang Shivajirao Chavan and Associates has been appointed as new statutory auditor from July 1, 2026 till the next general meeting. The outgoing auditor had issued an unmodified opinion on FY26 financials and confirmed there are no other material reasons for resignation.
