Aurionpro Solutions reported FY26 revenue of INR 1,411 crores, growing 20.2% year-on-year, missing its 30% growth target due to Q4 setbacks. EBITDA margin was 20.02% and PAT margin was 15.02%, within guided ranges but at the lower end. Q4 was impacted by the Middle East war affecting Banking deal closures and project completions, plus a large hyperscaler data center win where revenue slipped from Q4 to Q1 due to planning delays. The company also absorbed one-time labor code implementation costs and stepped up AI and data center investments. Management acknowledged that five years of rapid growth (business quadrupled) left them stretched and exposed to extraneous shocks. The company entered FY27 with an order book exceeding INR 1,800 crores and plans continued aggressive investments in AI-native software stacks across Banking, Transit, and Data Centers.
The miss in Q4 combined with elevated near-term investments in AI and data centers may create short-term margin pressure. However, the strong order book and management's confidence in medium-to-long-term growth drivers suggest the stock could recover if the company executes well in FY27.
