Aurobindo Pharma USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, received US Federal Trade Commission approval to acquire Pennsylvania-based generic pharma company Lannett Company LLC for $250 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The deal is expected to close before end of June 2026. Lannett specializes in complex, non-opioid controlled substances and operates a manufacturing facility in Seymour, Indiana with capacity for about 4 billion doses annually.
