Aurum PropTech held its Q4 & FY2025 earnings call on April 30, 2025. FY2025 total income rose 22.3% YoY to INR 285 crores, while loss before tax narrowed sharply to INR 44.5 crores (15.6% of total income vs 33.4% prior year), reflecting PBT margin improvement of 17%, EBITDA margin improvement of 15%, and adjusted EBITDA margin improvement of 12% YoY. Q4 total income grew 18.7% YoY to INR 78 crores, with segments contributing Rental 64%, Distribution 30%, and Capital 6%; only the Distribution segment was profitable (INR 5.94 crores in Q4, INR 11.1 crores for the year). The long-pending rights issue (conceived Dec 2021) was fully concluded with the third and final tranche paid on the call day, providing growth capital. Management also outlined multi-year targets: INR 750-800 crores revenue with PBT breakeven by FY27-28, scaling to INR 1,100 crores by 2030.
Improving profitability and a clear multi-year growth roadmap are positive signals for shareholders, though the company remains loss-making at the consolidated level. Investors should also note the INR 600 crore enabling fundraising resolution (potentially ~50% of market cap) for future capital raising and Founder Ashish Deora's appointment to the Board effective the day of the call.
