Ausom Enterprise Limited has submitted copies of newspaper cuttings publishing its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 33 and 47. The results were published in The Indian Express (English) and Financial Express (vernacular) on August 8, 2025. On a standalone basis, total income from operations stood at Rs. 473.00 crores, down sharply from Rs. 867.60 crores in Q1 FY25, but net profit after tax more than doubled to Rs. 11.36 crores (from Rs. 5.05 crores YoY). Standalone EPS rose to Rs. 8.34 from Rs. 3.70, while consolidated EPS grew to Rs. 10.85 from Rs. 4.71. The board approved the results at its meeting held on August 7, 2025 in Ahmedabad.
Despite a sharp drop in revenue, profitability improved significantly year-on-year, indicating better margins or a more profitable business mix. Shareholders may see this as a positive earnings-quality signal, though the steep top-line decline warrants attention on the underlying business drivers.
