Automotive Axles Limited has informed the exchanges that its appeal against an earlier GST order was rejected by the Additional Commissioner Central Tax (Appeals) in Mysuru. The original order, dated 14 December 2023, related to Input Tax Credit of IGST amounting to Rs. 3,57,201 that the company had claimed on purchases from M/s SPM Auto Private Limited. The supplier had failed to file its GSTR-3B returns and did not remit the collected tax to the government. The company received the rejection order on 20 June 2025. Automotive Axles has stated that it does not foresee any material impact on its financial, operational, or other activities from this ruling.
