RTA confirms Q1 FY27 dematerialization compliance certificate

Automotive Axles has submitted the quarterly confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Integrated Registry Management Services, for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The RTA confirmed that all securities received from depository participants for dematerialization were processed and listed on the stock exchanges, and the physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled. The depository's name was substituted as the registered owner in the company's Register of Members within 15 days, as required under SEBI Regulation 74(5).
