Disha Patel, part of the promoter and promoter group of Autoriders International Ltd, has transferred a total of 67,200 equity shares (11.58% of the company's equity) to two relatives via inter-se transfer by way of gift deed through an off-market transaction on 17 September 2025. Of these, 44,600 shares (7.69%) were gifted to her father Mr. Bhupesh Patel and 22,600 shares (3.90%) were gifted to her uncle Mr. Amrish Patel.
