Avalon Technologies reported strong FY26 results with revenue up 46% YoY to ₹1,603 Cr and PAT up 78% to ₹113 Cr. Q4 FY26 saw revenue of ₹480 Cr (up 40% YoY) and PAT of ₹41 Cr (up 69.5% YoY). The order book grew 25% YoY to ₹2,196 Cr, executable over an average of 14 months. Gross margins compressed by ~143 bps in FY26 to 34.3% due to product mix, though EBITDA margin expanded 35 bps to 10.8%. The company achieved ROCE of 20.6%, improved Net Working Capital days to 112 (from 124), and posted its seventh consecutive quarter of sequential performance improvement. India and US businesses grew 29% and 59% YoY respectively in FY26.
