Avantel 36th AGM held; final dividend Re 0.20 per share proposed

Avantel held its 36th AGM on June 24, 2026 via video conferencing, attended by 133 members. 9 resolutions were put to e-vote, including adoption of FY26 audited financial statements, final dividend of Re 0.20 per share on face value Rs 2, re-appointment of Director Abburi Sarada, re-appointment of Grandhy and Co as statutory auditors, appointment of 2 new independent directors, increase in borrowing limits under Section 180(1)(c), creation of charges on company assets, and ratification of cost auditor pay.
