Avantel Limited's board on April 26, 2026, approved appointing Dr. Tamilmani Kandasamy (ex-DRDO DG Aeronautics, 73) and Mr. Lakshminarasimha Acharyulu Muktevi (68, ex-CEO Karaikal Port) as Independent Directors for 5-year terms.
