Avanti Feeds reported consolidated revenue of Rs 6,06,586 lakh for FY26, up 8.3% from Rs 5,59,869 lakh in FY25. Net profit (continuing & discontinued) grew 17.9% to Rs 65,680 lakh from Rs 55,705 lakh. Earnings per share improved to Rs 44.48 from Rs 38.81. The auditors (Tukaram & Co LLP) issued an Unmodified Opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per share and approved commission for Non-Executive Directors up to 1% of profits (capped at Rs 1 crore for five years). An exceptional charge of Rs 1,297 lakh was recognized due to impairment of the Company's investment in Patikari Power Private Limited (associate), following damage to its hydel power plant from a cloudburst in July 2025. Key leadership changes include the re-appointment of CMD Dr A. Indra Kumar and JMD C. Ramachandra Rao, and Mrs B. Santhi Latha elevated as CFO from GM Finance.
The company delivered solid profit growth (~18% PAT increase) despite moderate revenue growth (~8%). The exceptional item from Patikari Power impairment is a one-time charge but reduces reported earnings. The CFO transition and senior re-appointments signal continuity in leadership. Unmodified audit opinion removes key audit risk.
