Reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company

Avax Apparels and Ornaments Ltd has reconstituted three key board committees — Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee — effective August 1, 2025. The change follows the resignation of Mr. Gurvinder Singh Vohra (Non-Executive Independent Director) and the appointment of Mr. Rajat Goel as Additional Director in the Non-Executive Independent Director category. The new Audit Committee will be chaired by Amitabh Agrawal with Rajat Goel and Harish Kumar as members. Rajat Goel will chair the NRC, while Pradeep Srivastava will chair the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. All committees now consist entirely of independent directors (with one executive member on the Audit Committee), complying with SEBI LODR requirements.
