Aveer Foods has changed its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent from Satellite Corporate Services Pvt Ltd to MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd (formerly Link Intime). The change became effective from 3 July 2026, confirmed by both NSDL and CDSL. Shareholders should send all future correspondence regarding the company securities to MUFG Intime at C 101 Embassy 247, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400083, toll free 1800 1020 878. The tripartite agreement is being finalised.
