Aveer Foods Ltd (makers of the Suhana brand of spices and pickles) announced its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Full-year revenue grew about 12.6% YoY to Rs. 10,851.89 lakhs, while profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs. 393.91 lakhs from Rs. 125.34 lakhs in FY24, translating to an EPS of Rs. 9.78 versus Rs. 3.11 last year. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share (2.5%) subject to shareholder approval. Re-appointments were cleared for Vishal Chordia and Anand Chordia as Managing Directors for another 5 years, and Bapu Gavhane as Whole-time Director. The auditor (Bharat H Shah & Associates) issued an unqualified opinion. The company also received Rs. 6.25 crores (25% upfront) towards its Rs. 26 crore promoter preferential warrants issue, intended for acquisition of Krishna Industries and working capital.
Strong profit growth (over 3x) and improved cash position are positive signals for shareholders, though the modest 2.5% dividend yield and pending Rs. 19.5 crore balance from the warrants issue keep the long-term capital plan in focus. Stable board with promoter family continuity should reassure investors.
