Aveer Foods has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for promoters, promoter group members, designated persons, insiders and their immediate relatives from 1 July 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. This is pursuant to SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations 2015. The date of the board meeting to approve the Q1 FY27 results will be communicated separately.
