Avenue Supermarts (DMART) has allotted 1,64,534 equity shares to eligible employees who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2016. The shares were allotted at Rs. 299 per share (face value Rs. 10). Following the allotment, the company's paid-up share capital has increased to Rs. 6,521,236,570 divided into 652,123,657 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
