Avenue Supermarts (DMART) reported strong Q4FY26 results with total revenue up 19% YoY at Rs. 17,205 crore and PAT up 16.9% at Rs. 725 crore. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 15.9% to Rs. 66,968 crore with PAT of Rs. 3,224 crore, up 10.1% YoY. EBITDA margin expanded in Q4 to 7.2% from 6.8% YoY, though full-year EBITDA margin compressed slightly to 7.8% from 7.9%. PAT margins declined across both periods due to higher costs. The company opened 58 stores in Q4 and reached a milestone of 500 total stores, adding 85 stores in FY26. DMart Ready e-commerce operations rationalized delivery channels and discontinued one city, now operating in 18 cities.
Revenue and profit growth remain healthy, driven by store expansion and same-store sales growth of 10.8%. Margin pressures from cost growth are a minor concern but EBITDA margin expansion in Q4 is encouraging. The 500-store milestone demonstrates solid execution.
