Avenue Supermarts (DMART) has published its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31st March 2025 in Economic Times and Maharashtra Times on 5th May 2025, as required by SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, full-year total income grew about 16.6% to ₹57,963.83 crore from ₹49,722 crore a year earlier. Standalone net profit after tax for FY25 rose roughly 8.6% to ₹2,927.18 crore versus ₹2,694.92 crore in FY24, with full-year basic EPS of ₹44.98 compared to ₹41.43. For Q4 FY25 alone, standalone net profit after tax inched up to ₹619.71 crore from ₹604.20 crore, while total income jumped to ₹14,501.52 crore from ₹12,445.66 crore. On a consolidated basis, FY25 net profit after tax was ₹2,707.45 crore (vs ₹2,535.61 crore), though Q4 consolidated net profit dipped marginally to ₹550.79 crore from ₹563.14 crore. The results were approved by the Board on 3rd May 2025.
For shareholders, the publication confirms a healthy full-year performance with strong revenue growth and double-digit profit growth, though the slight year-on-year dip in Q4 standalone and consolidated profitability may draw some attention. Overall, results are broadly in line with DMART's steady, value-retail growth narrative and supportive of its long-term investment case.
