Avenue Supermarts (DMART) published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and full year ended 31 March 2026 in Economic Times and Maharashtra Times on 4 May 2026. Standalone total income grew 15.8% year-on-year to ₹67,096 crore, while standalone net profit after tax rose 10.1% to ₹3,224 crore. On a consolidated basis, total income increased 15.8% to ₹68,895 crore and net profit after tax grew 9.7% to ₹2,970 crore. Standalone EPS (basic) stood at ₹49.54 versus ₹44.98 in the prior year. The board approved these results at its meeting on 2 May 2026, following audit committee review and completion of statutory audit under SEBI regulations.
DMART delivered double-digit topline and bottomline growth for FY26, with revenue crossing ₹68,000 crore on a consolidated basis, indicating sustained operational momentum in the retail business.
