DMart reported standalone revenue from operations of ₹17,612.62 crores for Q3 FY26, up 13.1% YoY from ₹15,565.23 crores, while net profit grew 17.6% to ₹923.05 crores from ₹784.65 crores. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone revenue rose 14.9% to ₹49,763.53 crores and PAT grew 8.3% to ₹2,499.33 crores. Operating margin improved to 8.41% in Q3 from 7.58% a year ago, though 9M operating margin slipped slightly to 7.94% from 8.09%. The auditor SRBC & Co LLP issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. Separately, the Board noted the end of Mr. Ignatius Navil Noronha's term as MD & CEO on January 31, 2026, and approved the appointment of Mr. Anshul Asawa (ex-Unilever, currently CEO Designate) as CEO from February 1, 2026 and as Managing Director for three years from April 1, 2026.
Steady revenue growth and a meaningful Q3 margin expansion are positive signals, but 9M margin compression shows pressure on profitability that investors may watch. The leadership transition to an external hire with strong FMCG experience could be viewed as both a continuity risk and a growth catalyst.
