CARE Ratings has submitted its Q4FY26 monitoring report for AvenuesAI's ₹699.99 crore rights issue (July 2025). Of the ₹695.98 crore received, ₹328.78 crore (47%) has been utilized as at March 31, 2026. ₹69.84 crore was fully deployed to repay subsidiary loans, ₹9.44 crore went to AI/tech subsidiary Neuromind, ₹76.70 crore to Rediff.com for digital expansion, and ₹169.34 crore towards general corporate purposes. The remaining ₹367.19 crore is parked in bank FDs earning 6.15-7% interest. CARE notes that some funds remain in subsidiary current accounts without explicit placement document authorization. ₹4.01 crore is still pending from shareholders who haven't paid final call money on partly-paid shares.
No deviation or misuse of proceeds detected. The slow deployment pace (53% unutilized) and parking of funds in FDs may signal conservative capital deployment or delayed M&A execution. Shareholders should monitor progress on AI technology development and acquisition plans.
