AVT Natural Products reported strong growth for FY26 with standalone revenue from operations at Rs. 68,377 lakhs, up 31% from Rs. 52,204 lakhs in FY25. Standalone net profit grew 41.5% to Rs. 5,385 lakhs from Rs. 3,807 lakhs previously. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 71,323 lakhs (up 28% YoY) with net profit of Rs. 6,481 lakhs (up 34% YoY). The Board declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.45 per share, bringing total FY26 dividend to Rs. 0.80 per share (80%). Statutory auditors Suri & Co issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. The company also appointed Mr. K Nandakumar as Manager and CEO. Trade receivables increased significantly year-on-year, rising by Rs. 8,803 lakhs in standalone operations.
The company delivered robust double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability, which is positive for shareholders. However, the significant rise in trade receivables and inventory buildup (inventories up Rs. 1,828 lakhs) suggests tighter cash conversion that investors should monitor. The clean audit and consistent dividend policy are reassuring factors.
