Awfis Space Solutions has appointed Mr. Abhishek Poddar (DIN: 00031175) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years from July 01, 2026 to June 30, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. He is around 59 years old, Managing Director of M B Group with interests in tea, industrial explosives, manufacturing and trading. He has experience in finance, administration, HR and general management, and is the Founder-Trustee of Museum of Art and Photography (MAP) in Bengaluru.
