AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar) board recommended a Re.1 final dividend (100%) for FY26, record date June 19. FY26 revenue grew 17.4% to ₹74,730.67 Cr but PAT fell 14.8% to ₹1,044.89 Cr due to margin pressure and a ₹25.83 Cr exceptional item for new labour codes. EPS dropped to ₹8.05 from ₹9.43. Q4 revenue rose 17.8% to ₹21,464.78 Cr, PAT jumped 53.7% YoY to ₹293.06 Cr. Auditors gave unmodified opinion. Board also re-appointed Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singh as WTD for 3 years.
Mixed bag: strong topline growth but profit decline on weak margins. Small dividend yield. Q4 recovery is positive; Wilmar is now majority owner.
