AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar) has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 27th Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 26, 2025 at 11:00 AM via video conferencing. The main change is that Item No. 3, the re-appointment of Mr. Kuok Khoon Hong (DIN: 00021957) as a Non-Executive Director, has been upgraded from an Ordinary to a Special Resolution because he is 76 years old, and SEBI's Regulation 17(1A) requires a special resolution to continue any non-executive director above 75 years. Two additional paragraphs and a new explanatory statement have been added in support. The original notice also covers adoption of FY25 audited financial statements, appointment of M/s.
