AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar) has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements published on November 4, 2025, in Indian Express (English) and Financial Express (Gujarati) for its Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to ₹17,604.57 crore in Q2 FY26 from ₹14,449.94 crore in Q2 FY25, a jump of about 22% year-on-year. However, net profit after tax and share in associates fell to ₹244.85 crore from ₹311.02 crore, a decline of roughly 21%. Half-yearly revenue stood at ₹34,663.22 crore with PAT of ₹482.80 crore. EPS for Q2 came in at ₹1.89 versus ₹2.89 in the year-ago quarter. Standalone PAT also slipped to ₹229.04 crore from ₹325.73 crore.
Strong top-line growth driven by higher volumes or pricing, but shrinking profit margins are a concern for shareholders. The combination of rising revenue and falling profit could pressure the stock in the short term, though it confirms the company's growth momentum at the operational level.
