AWL Agri Business (formerly Adani Wilmar) shared its Q3 FY26 quarterly update on January 5, 2026, ahead of detailed financial results. Overall standalone volumes grew in low single digits (1% ex-G2G, flat on reported basis) with value growth of 5%, as festive demand remained subdued. Edible Oil segment posted 3% volume and 6% value growth, led by mustard and palm oil, while sunflower oil was flat. Food & FMCG (ex-G2G) grew 3% in volume, with non-rice/wheat FMCG products surging over 30% YoY and branded domestic rice in strong double digits, though wheat flour remained flat. Industry Essentials de-grew 7% in volume due to weak castor and de-oiled cake sales. Alternate channels (E-com, Q-com, MT) grew 42% YoY with Quick Commerce up 65%, and the distribution footprint expanded ~18% YoY to nearly 9.5 lakh outlets.
Mixed quarter for investors — strong momentum in branded FMCG, quick commerce and distribution expansion is positive, but muted overall volume growth and weakness in Industry Essentials suggest margin pressures may persist. Watch for detailed financials and margin trends in the upcoming board-approved results.
