AWL Agri Business Limited (formerly Adani Wilmar) reported audited consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 21,464.78 crore in Q4 and Rs. 74,730.67 crore for the full year, up 17% YoY from Rs. 63,672.24 crore. Net profit stood at Rs. 293.06 crore for Q4 and Rs. 1,044.89 crore for FY, though this represents a decline from Rs. 1,225.81 crore in the previous year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share (100% payout) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on July 7, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singh was re-appointed as Whole Time Director for 3 years starting November 1, 2026. Statutory auditors S R B C & Co. LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
While revenue growth remained strong at 17% YoY, the decline in net profit and EPS compared to the previous year may raise concerns among investors. The dividend payout provides some investor comfort, and the company's strong cash position with cash equivalents of Rs. 1,677.01 crore supports the shareholder return policy.
