Axentra Corp Confirms Non-Large Corporate Status for FY26

Axentra Corp Limited (formerly Dugar Housing Developments) has informed BSE that it does not fall within the 'Large Corporate' category as per SEBI's framework for fund raising through debt securities. The disclosure, made under SEBI circular dated November 26, 2018, applies to the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company is therefore not required to comply with mandatory debt security issuance norms applicable to Large Corporates.
