Axis Solutions Ltd (formerly Asya Infosoft Limited) has signed a tripartite agreement with its old Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), Aarthi Consultants Private Limited, and new RTA, Accurate Securities & Registry Private Limited. The agreement was signed on 10th April 2026, with the effective date of RTA change being 6th February 2026. Both depositories, NSDL and CDSL, have confirmed processing this change in their systems.
