Aye Finance filed its Q3 FY26 investor presentation showing AUM of Rs 6,356 crore, up 23.5% year-on-year, with disbursements growing 35% to Rs 1,310 crore. Profit after tax surged 87% year-on-year to Rs 43 crore, while return on assets improved sharply to 2.40% from 1.54% a year ago. Credit cost continued to fall, reaching 4.67% in Q3 from 6.19% in Q4 FY25, and portfolio overdue (PAR X) dropped further to 7.25% by February 2026. The company also outlined a 3-year vision targeting 28–33% AUM CAGR, credit cost of 3.25–3.75%, RoA of 4–4.5% and RoE of 17–20%.
Strong quarterly show with rising profitability and improving asset quality is positive for shareholders. The forward-looking 3-year guidance signals management confidence in sustained margin and return expansion, which could support a re-rating of the stock.
