AYM Syntex's board met on May 10, 2025 and approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 alongside the appointment of Mr. Hitesh Gupta as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (FY26-FY30), subject to shareholder approval. Standalone FY25 revenue from operations grew about 9.6% to ₹1,48,900 lakhs (₹1,35,816 lakhs in FY24), while net profit jumped to ₹1,164 lakhs from ₹204 lakhs, and basic EPS rose to ₹2.13 from ₹0.40. Q4 standalone revenue, however, dipped slightly to ₹36,062 lakhs (₹37,767 lakhs in Q4 FY24) with Q4 profit at ₹203 lakhs. Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the results. The company also noted receipt of ₹1,006 lakhs in insurance claims related to the May 2023 fire at its Rakholi unit and a pending preferential share issue of ₹14,176 lakhs, while a merger scheme with holding company Mandawewala Enterprises awaits SEBI and stock exchange approval.
Strong FY25 earnings recovery with profit nearly six times the prior year, though Q4 showed softness. The Secretarial Auditor appointment is a routine compliance matter unlikely to move the stock; investor focus should remain on the pending merger scheme and insurance claim recoveries.
