AYM Syntex's board approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Full-year revenue from operations rose about 10% year-on-year to Rs 1,48,900 lakhs (from Rs 1,35,816 lakhs). Standalone profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs 1,164 lakhs in FY25 from Rs 204 lakhs in FY24, helped by lower exceptional charges (the previous year had a Rs 661 lakh net hit from a 2023 fire incident). Q4 FY25 revenue was Rs 36,062 lakhs, slightly lower than Rs 37,389 lakhs in Q4 FY24, with Q4 PAT at Rs 203 lakhs. Statutory auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also appointed Mr. Hitesh Gupta as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval.
Strong profit growth and a clean audit opinion are positives for shareholders, while the slight Q4 revenue dip and ongoing merger with holding company Mandawewala Enterprises are key items to watch. The balance sheet improved materially — total borrowings fell to Rs 18,507 lakhs from Rs 30,599 lakhs, aided by a Rs 14,176 lakh preferential share issue, reducing leverage risk.
