Azad Engineering reported record-high quarterly and annual performance for FY26. Standalone revenue grew 30.3% YoY to Rs. 5,903.8 Mn, with EBITDA at Rs. 2,177.5 Mn (36.9% margin) and PAT at Rs. 1,321.6 Mn (22.4% margin). Q4FY26 standalone revenue was Rs. 1,573.9 Mn (+26.4% YoY). The company commissioned 4 dedicated lean manufacturing facilities for major customers including GE Vernova, Mitsubishi, Siemens Energy, and Baker Hughes. Aerospace & Defence segment crossed Rs. 1,000 Mn for the first time. New orders include USD 112 Mn from Baker Hughes, USD 90 Mn from Siemens Energy, USD 83 Mn from Mitsubishi, and USD 53.5 Mn from GE Vernova. Finance costs increased due to additional loans for business growth support.
