Azad Engineering has submitted to BSE and NSE copies of the newspaper advertisement containing its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, as published on November 2, 2025 in Financial Express and Surya (Telugu), in compliance with SEBI Regulation 47. From the extract: standalone total income for Q2 FY26 was about ₹1,554 million, up roughly 37% from about ₹1,131 million in Q2 FY25, with H1 FY26 revenue at about ₹2,990 million versus about ₹2,121 million in H1 FY25. Standalone net profit after tax for Q2 FY26 was about ₹330 million (vs about ₹211 million in Q2 FY25, roughly 57% higher), and H1 FY26 net profit was about ₹630 million versus about ₹382 million in H1 FY25. Standalone basic and diluted EPS for Q2 FY26 stood at ₹5.41 and for H1 FY26 at ₹9.75, compared with ₹3.56 and ₹6.45 respectively in the prior year periods. Consolidated figures were also reported, with similarly strong year-on-year growth in revenue and profit. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on October 31, 2025 and approved by the Board on November 1, 2025.
The filing is a regulatory newspaper-publication compliance and contains no new information beyond the already filed Q2/H1 results, so it should not trigger a fresh price reaction on its own; however, the underlying numbers show robust revenue and profit growth year-on-year, which remains a positive signal for shareholders.
