B&A Packaging India Ltd has published its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY26 and the full year ended 31 March 2026. Total income from operations for Q4 was Rs 3,319.93 Lakhs, up 14% from Rs 2,911.33 Lakhs in Q4 FY25. However, net profit after tax declined to Rs 105.70 Lakhs from Rs 133.50 Lakhs in the same quarter last year. For the full year FY26, total income rose 8.5% to Rs 14,218.81 Lakhs from Rs 13,099.13 Lakhs, but net profit after tax fell 28% to Rs 706.44 Lakhs from Rs 983.06 Lakhs. Annual EPS dropped to Rs 14.24 from Rs 19.82. The Board has recommended a dividend of Re 1 per equity share of Rs 10 each for FY26.
Revenue growth was offset by significant profit decline in FY26. The 28% drop in net profit and lower EPS may concern investors, though the dividend recommendation provides some investor return signal.
