B.C. Power Controls' board, at its May 24, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Statutory auditor M/s Gaur & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. Total assets grew to Rs. 5,226.14 lakhs (from Rs. 4,181.04 lakhs a year ago) and total equity rose modestly to Rs. 4,144.86 lakhs. However, the company continued to report negative cash flow from operations of about Rs. 826 lakhs in FY25, though this was a sharp improvement from a negative Rs. 7,663 lakhs in FY24. Non-executive director Arvind Kumar Bhandari resigned citing personal reasons. The board also appointed M/s Dabas S & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for a 5-year term (FY26–FY30) and re-appointed M/s Shyam Goel & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY26.
Clean audit opinion and stable equity are positives for shareholders, but persistently negative operating cash flow signals the company is still not generating cash from its core business. The director resignation is routine (personal reasons), and the auditor appointments are standard governance housekeeping with no immediate impact on the stock price.
