B.N. Rathi Securities has allotted 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 5 face value to eligible employees who exercised options under the BNRSL ESOP Scheme 2022. The exercise price was Rs. 10 per share, bringing in Rs. 25 lakh to the company. After this allotment, the total issued share capital stands at Rs. 20.87 crore, comprising 4,17,50,000 equity shares. The new shares rank equally with existing shares and carry no lock-in. The board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results along with the limited review report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.
