BN Rathi Securities has published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Nava Telangana (Telugu) on 13 November 2025, as required under SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, total income from operations for Q2 FY26 stood at Rs. 1,469.80 lakhs, down from Rs. 1,699.20 lakhs in Q2 FY25, while H1 FY26 total income fell to Rs. 2,804.16 lakhs from Rs. 3,261.17 lakhs a year ago. Standalone net profit after tax for H1 FY26 came in at Rs. 423.34 lakhs versus Rs. 701.96 lakhs in H1 FY25, a decline of nearly 40%. On a consolidated basis, H1 FY26 PAT was Rs. 379.58 lakhs versus Rs. 938.71 lakhs for the full FY25. The wholly-owned subsidiary B.N. Rathi Comtrade Private Limited reported a loss of Rs. 31.75 lakhs in H1 FY26, while partially-owned B-Fly Asset Manager LLP posted a marginal profit before tax of Rs. 0.61 lakhs.
A clear year-on-year drop in both revenue (~14% lower) and net profit (~40% lower) at the standalone level is a negative signal for shareholders, pointing to weak trading volumes or margin pressure in the brokerage business. The losses at the subsidiary level add further concern, though overall profitability remains positive on a consolidated basis.
