B.R. Goyal Infrastructure reported strong audited results for FY26 with consolidated revenue from operations of ₹82,032.39 Lakhs, a 60.9% jump from ₹50,980.17 Lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax (before minority) grew 77.7% to ₹4,492.04 Lakhs from ₹2,527.40 Lakhs. Basic EPS stands at ₹23.87 (diluted ₹23.87) versus ₹13.41 in the prior year. The company declared a final dividend of ₹0.25 per share (2.5%) subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors A B M S & Associates issued an Un-modified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also approved raising ₹13.09 Crore via issuance of 11 lakh convertible warrants to non-promoters at ₹119 per warrant, and proposed increasing borrowing limits to ₹700 Crore. An internal auditor and cost auditor were appointed for FY27. The company acquired a 10% stake in Virtuoso Infra Meditech LLP for ₹1.5 Lakhs.
The company delivered robust topline and bottomline growth in FY26. However, the operating cash flow turned deeply negative at ₹(3,850.55) Lakhs in FY26 versus negative ₹(2,397.12) Lakhs in FY25, which is a concern despite strong profitability. The large warrant issuance and proposed borrowing limit expansion to ₹700 Crore signal potential future dilution and increased leverage.
