B.R.Goyal Infrastructure reported audited results for H2 FY25 and full year FY25. Revenue from operations fell 13.4% YoY to Rs. 509.80 Cr in FY25 due to slow execution in H1, but H2 alone saw revenue jump 39.5% to Rs. 296.94 Cr. EBITDA grew 26.9% YoY to Rs. 41.19 Cr with margins expanding from 5.51% to 8.08%, while profit after tax rose 15.5% to Rs. 25.27 Cr (EPS of Rs. 13.41). In H2, PAT surged 216% sequentially to Rs. 19.20 Cr and EBITDA doubled to Rs. 29.43 Cr. The order book stood strong at Rs. 1,313 Cr (up from Rs. 869 Cr last year), and the company entered the underground sewerage segment with a Rs. 102 Cr project in Tamil Nadu. Geographic footprint expanded from 2-3 states in FY22 to 9 states in FY25.
Positive for shareholders: strong sequential recovery in H2, expanding margins, and a 51% YoY jump in order book provide good earnings visibility going forward. The modest FY25 revenue dip is offset by much better profitability and a debt-light balance sheet.
