B2B Software Technologies reported a mixed Q1 FY26. Standalone revenue from operations dipped to ₹318.51 lakhs from ₹340.54 lakhs YoY (down ~6.5%), while consolidated revenue grew strongly to ₹647.38 lakhs from ₹502.82 lakhs (up ~28.8%), driven by the US subsidiary whose revenue nearly doubled to ₹328.87 lakhs. However, profitability took a hit on both bases — standalone PAT fell to ₹59.03 lakhs from ₹107.10 lakhs and consolidated PAT fell to ₹65.08 lakhs from ₹111.92 lakhs as employee and admin costs rose sharply. EPS stood at ₹0.51 standalone and ₹0.56 consolidated. On the governance front, Chairman Dr. Yaramati Satyanarayana resigned citing professional commitments (effective July 12, 2025), Dr. Avinash Yaramati (his relative) was appointed as Additional Director, and Company Secretary Mrs. Gita Usha Rani Maddukuri will step down effective August 26, 2025.
Investors may view this cautiously — strong consolidated revenue growth from the US arm is a positive, but sharp YoY drop in profits and standalone revenue weakness, combined with chairman and company secretary exits, raise concerns about execution and governance continuity.
