B2B Software Technologies announced its unaudited results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell about 6.5% year-on-year to ₹318.51 lakhs, while profit after tax dropped sharply by roughly 45% to ₹59.03 lakhs (EPS ₹0.51 vs ₹0.92). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew strongly by about 29% YoY to ₹647.38 lakhs, driven by the USA subsidiary (B2B Softech Inc) whose revenue more than doubled, but consolidated PAT still declined about 42% to ₹65.08 lakhs due to higher employee and administrative costs. The statutory auditor (Jawahar and Associates) issued a clean, unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. The board also accepted the resignation of Chairman Dr. Yaramati Satyanarayana effective July 12, 2025, and appointed Dr. Avinash Yaramati (his relative) as additional non-executive director.
Mixed picture for shareholders – strong top-line growth at the consolidated level from the US business is positive, but sharp YoY decline in profits and weak standalone performance could weigh on sentiment. The leadership transition (Chairman exit and Company Secretary resignation effective Aug 26) adds some short-term governance uncertainty, though the appointment of a family-connected director may raise related-party governance questions.
