Baba Arts Limited has published its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2025 and the nine months of FY26 in The Free Press Journal and The Navshakti on 13 February 2026, as required by SEBI Listing Regulations. Total income from operations stood at Rs 287.08 lakh for Q3 FY26 and Rs 1,022.97 lakh for the nine months, compared to Rs 688.53 lakh for the full FY25. Net profit after tax was Rs 5.18 lakh in Q3 and Rs 54.86 lakh for the nine months, versus Rs 143.84 lakh for all of FY25. Basic and diluted EPS were Rs 0.010 for the quarter and Rs 0.105 for the nine months (FY25: Rs 0.274). The results were approved by the Board on 11 February 2026 and received an unmodified limited review opinion from the statutory auditors.
Nine-month revenue is already running well ahead of last year's full-year figure, but profit after tax of Rs 54.86 lakh in 9M FY26 is below the Rs 143.84 lakh earned in the full FY25, suggesting margin pressure. Q3 earnings are very small in absolute terms, so the stock is unlikely to see a strong reaction, though the widening gap between revenue and profit is worth watching.
