Bacil Pharma to appoint two new Independent Directors

Bacil Pharma Limited will appoint Mr. Vivek Mukesh Yadav and Mr. Omprakash Pyarelal Sonar as Non-executive Independent Directors at the upcoming Board meeting. Yadav brings expertise in finance, accounts and corporate management, while Sonar has seven plus years of experience in trading, product sales, brand building and online sales strategies. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting. Neither new director is related to any existing Director on the Board.
