Bacil Pharma has submitted to BSE the newspaper clippings of its audited financial results for the quarter and full year ended 31st March 2025, published in 'Pratahkal' (Marathi) and 'Financial Express' (English) on 27th May 2025. For Q4 FY25, the company reported a total income of Rs 8.77 lakhs versus Rs 2.12 lakhs in Q4 FY24, swinging to a net profit of Rs 1.56 lakhs from a loss of Rs 4.05 lakhs a year ago. For the full year FY25, total income surged to Rs 66.14 lakhs from Rs 13.05 lakhs, with net profit of Rs 40.41 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 5.91 lakhs in FY24. Equity share capital more than doubled to Rs 1,397.02 lakhs (from Rs 589 lakhs), and reserves turned positive at Rs 1,146.12 lakhs (from a negative Rs 531.40 lakhs), suggesting a capital infusion during the year. Basic EPS for the year improved to Rs 0.64 from a negative Rs 0.10.
A clear turnaround story with the company returning to profit on both quarterly and annual basis, supported by a sharp rise in income and stronger reserves — likely supportive of the stock, though scale remains small and watch is needed on the sustainability of earnings.
