Bafna Pharmaceuticals has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM via video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, September 13, 2025 to Friday, September 19, 2025 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date to determine shareholder eligibility for e-voting is Friday, September 12, 2025. E-voting will be conducted through CDSL, starting Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 9:00 AM and ending Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 5:00 PM.
Shareholders who buy or sell shares after September 12, 2025 will not be eligible to vote at the AGM. No new transfers will be processed during the book closure period from September 13 to September 19, 2025.
