Bagmane Prime Office REIT AGM 2026: All 3 resolutions passed

Bagmane Prime Office REIT held its first AGM on July 20, 2026 via video conferencing. All three ordinary resolutions were approved with requisite majority. Resolution 1 (adoption of audited financial statements for May 30, 2025 to March 31, 2026) passed with 100 percent votes in favor. Resolution 2 (appointment of S.R. Batliboi and Associates as statutory auditor for FY26 to FY30) got 99.33 percent approval. Resolution 3 (appointment of Kzen Valtech as valuer and JLL as property consultant) got 99.41 percent approval. Out of 26,328 unitholders on record date, about 91 percent of units voted.
