Bagmane Prime Office REIT submitted the unitholder presentation from its first Annual Meeting held on July 20, 2026 via video conferencing. Key highlights include 98.8% committed occupancy, 7.4 year WALE, 89% GCC share of rentals, about 5% LTV, 20.3 msf total area, and a 47+ msf ROFO pipeline across Bengaluru, Chennai and Delhi.
